  CRS Support Database - Anyone who has currently or previously used our CRS Support Software.
  SageOne Accounting Database - Anyone who is also in our “Client Database”.
In the unlikely event of a data breach to any of our databases, all parties concerned will be made aware via email within 72 hours. In case we do not have your email on record, an additional public announcement will be published on the homepage of our website for no more than 30 days.
Signed Agreements
  Before carrying out repair work we will ask you to sign our Terms & Conditions agreement. A copy of this signed agreement will be stored digitally for our records, and is available on request.
